Research Helpdesk

The EMPEA helpdesk service, available exclusively to our members, include unlimited access to EMPEA’s resource library as well as an allocated number of annual hours for custom requests. EMPEA’s heldesk requests include:

Off-the-shelf requests: (unlimited access via online resource library)

•   Prepared data from EMPEA publications

•   Selections of EMPEA's resource library

•   Performance data from Cambridge Associates 

Custom research requests:

•   Strategic trend analysis of funds or deals

•   Lists of Limited Partners investing in specific regions

•   Case studies highlighting regions, sectors and development impact

EMPEA members are entitled to a fixed number of custom research hours per membership year. Requests involving additional analysis or research are managed in one-hour increments, allocated according to the complexity of the request and the availability of information.

Premier
- Up to 16 hours of custom research service per membership year

Full/Associate: Up to 2 hours of custom research service per membership year
