EMPEA Members

As a membership organization, one of the great successes of EMPEA has been the dramatic growth in the number of members year after year. Since 2004, more than 200 firms have joined EMPEA.

EMPEA members play a variety of roles in the industry. While our focus is to support the needs of fund managers investing in emerging markets, we also support institutional investors, fund of funds, service providers, and others who play a significant role in building the industry.

Fund managers (GPs) make up approximately 60% of the membership; LPs, 25%; and a variety of service providers and other industry stakeholders, 15% of EMPEA’s membership.
